My name is Kerry Spry. I'm the President and CEO at BWP of Atlanta, Inc. We are the official talent acquisition partner for Blue World Pools, Inc. and we're looking for a few new installers from your area that can get started immediately installing 20-30 above ground pools per month while earning an AVERAGE PAY OF $1,400-$1,600 PER INSTALL, PER DAY
About Us: Blue World Pools, Inc. has been a leading a nationwide above ground pool company that's been selling and installing above ground pools in over 80 cities nationwide since 1982. One of the many reasons we're so successful and able to offer new installers such a great opportunity is because we’re investing $100,000 per day advertising on major television networks like FOX, NBC, and ABC and we running robust internet campaigns. This ensures a steady stream of installations for you without the hassle of going out day after day bidding on jobs you're never going to get unless you do the work for pennies on the dollar. Those days are over!
We also streamline your work by sending a local representative out to survey each property prior to your arrival to ensure your ability to install a pool so you're not wasting valuable time and resources scheduling an install on a property where it's impossible for you to install a pool. We don't build decks. We don't do landscaping. And we don't haul off the overburden. We leave the overburden behind in a nice neat pile for the customer to manage after the install. Your job is straightforward: cut sod, lay sand, build the pool, and leave.
Plain and simple, our job is to be experts at what we do and provide you with all the work that you can possibly handle. Your job is to get the work done. This arrangement should be an absolute "no-brainer".
Expectations and Requirements:
1. Must have a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance. (REQUIRED)
2. Must have access to a full-size truck. (REQUIRED)
3. Must have access to a Bobcat or front loader. (REQUIRED)
4. Must have access to a transit or laser level. (REQUIRED)
5. Must have access to or be able to obtain a $1,000,000 general liability insurance. We can help you obtain this by referring you to one of our partners in the insurance business. (REQUIRED)
6. Must have access to at least one helper. (REQUIRED)
7. Must be willing to start immediately. (REQUIRED)
8. Above-ground or In-ground pool experience is a plus but not required. If you do not have pool experience, significant heavy equipment and grading experience is required. (REQUIRED)
9. Must be willing and able to cover a 200-mile installation radius and install 20-30 pools per month in your designated market or 200-mile radius. (REQUIRED)
About Installer Pay:
Installers install 20-30 pools per month and AVG. $1,400-$1,600 PER INSTALL or $20,000-$30,000 PER MONTH!
(Average pay is based on a 24-foot round pool with a 6-8 hour installation time).
Installers are paid daily after every install.
$500 Signing Bonus
Quick start bonus is an additional $500 bonus check every time you install 5 pools for the first 25 pools.
Weekly bonus is an additional $1,000 per week for 5 or more installs in a week.
